In addition to linking our customers with financial incentives and rebates to shorten payback time and decrease upfront investment, we also provide ongoing financial reporting, project tracking and customized evaluation, measurement and verification (EM&V).

Of course every project is different so the timeframe for completion depends on the complexity of the project, the amount of research that is needed and the number of energy saving measures that are to be installed. We provide you with an initial project estimate including the incentives that are available. We then stick to that project estimate through project completion. In addition, we provide weekly updates showing progress and budget milestones to provide peace of mind.

To receive the requested rebate dollars, some form of verification is frequently necessary to prove the savings are being realized. Our EM&V process follows industry standard energy engineering and utility company processes in providing various forms of measurements, including spot-measurement power readings and long-term energy use monitoring. Once the project is complete and you’ve received your rebate check from the utility company, we follow up on periodically to ensure you are seeing a difference in your energy bill and your energy savings goals are being met.
