Staples Energy Helps Government Partnerships

  • Communicate with businesses and residents in their community
  • Understand their audience better to effectively motivate them
  • Develop robust marketing plans that bring real results

Creating awareness and increasing customer participation…

Municipalities and local government partnerships are in a unique position to reach out to businesses and residents in their communities. They serve as an excellent link to their residents. Most municipalities don’t have marketing strategists, web designers, writers, graphic designers, public relations professionals, media planners and buyers to help them get the word out about their programs and incentives.

Staples Energy assists government partnerships and municipalities by arming them with the proper strategy and appropriate marketing tools that move customers from awareness to action.

We take a research-driven approach to fully understanding the target audience – demographics, psychographics, attitudes about energy efficiency and willingness to take action. We also determine customer motivations and “hot buttons,” familiarity with energy efficiency and conservation and barriers to action.

A thorough understanding of the target market provides a solid foundation for our marketing decisions.

Behavior Change

We then apply our social marketing expertise to motivate behavior change. By identifying barriers to behavior change and determining the most effective motivators, we craft marketing and outreach campaigns that bring real results.

Our marketing solutions integrate traditional advertising with web-based communications, social media and grassroots community outreach.
