Staples Energy takes an aggressive outreach and education approach to informing customers of available utility programs and connecting them to the program that best serves their individual needs. By moving customers from awareness to action, we facilitate improvements that deliver immediate energy savings to the utility…and dollar savings to the customer.

Too often, marketing firms run a few ads, send out a press release, design a nice website and then wait for the customers to come to the program. Staples Energy takes the program to the customer by supporting traditional marketing with a “boots on the ground” approach that includes grass roots outreach and door-to-door canvassing.

Accomplishing this one-on-one experience is the challenge. We take a simple step-by-step approach in order to overcome this challenge. While every situation is unique, our process helps customers identify the energy efficiency actions they are willing to take and gives them the steps and tools they need.
