The past success of our energy efficiency marketing, education, and outreach campaigns led to our utility clients suggesting that we expand our services to include program implementation. In 2007, Staples Energy won the first of many contracts to install energy efficiency measures in customer homes and businesses. With first-hand understanding of underserved markets and how best to reach them, we created a demand for the program which paved the way for our field staff. And ultimately, lead to quickly achieving our goals. To this day, marketing remains an integral part of our program involvement.
